Yogurtville offers frozen yogurt, ice cream, and related food and beverage products available for in-store purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or offering at any time without prior notice.

All prices are subject to change. Applicable sales tax will be added at the time of purchase.

4. Loyalty & Rewards Program

We may offer a customer loyalty or rewards program. Participation is voluntary and subject to separate program terms communicated at the time of enrollment. Rewards, points, or credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

5.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program — whether in-store, on our website, or through any other opt-in method — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Yogurtville, including:

5.7 No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

5.8 TCPA Compliance

By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive automated text messages from Yogurtville in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.

6. Online Orders & Payments

If we offer online ordering or payment capabilities through our website:

• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors
• We do not store your full credit/debit card information on our servers
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated; refund or exchange requests are handled at the discretion of store management

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
